Why are Catholic universities better than Evangelical universities?

top christian colleges
cynical asked:

It’s no secret that Oral Roberts and Liberty University are mediocre schools (even below mediocre). But my question is why are Catholic universities better on every scale than Oral Roberts or Liberty University? They’re all Christian and founded with principles deriving from their religion but the difference is obvious.

Notre Dame (Catholic) selective school
Georgetown (Catholic) a top school
Boston College (Catholic) also selective and a top school

And there are many more in the Northeast which are all accredited, have selective requirements for applicants, graduates get good jobs within recent months. Why the difference?
Pastor Art, just check collegeboard.com anyone can see it. Oral Roberts and Liberty University are 4-tier schools which means they are at the bottom.

These are the evangelical schools

The catholic schools are Tier 1 or 2

Whereas evangelical

Evangelical colleges are less selective, have lower SAT scores
So you can see here Pastor Art and anyone else who doubts me that academically speaking evangelical schools are simply horrible institutions.

Catholic Universities are much more selective, have higher SAT scores for admissions, are Tier 1 mostly meaning they are on the same level with many Ivy league schools
Boats, I’m at a catholic university and my experience has been good. The facts show it. Otherwise how did they managed to obtain such a high level?

I’m talking about Catholic Universities not schools. All religious primary schools are a nightmare.

Four questions about New York Film Academy acting camp?

New York Film Academy
Karlie T asked:

I’m thinking about going to the NYFA camp next summer but am afraid that they’ll expect me to be something amazing.
1. Is it for advanced acting students? Or kids with acting experience?
2. Is it worth the money?
3. Which location is best?
4. Will they tell you if you should pursue acting as a career if you have talent or something?

These questions are intended for people who have experienced the camp, thank you.

I don’t want to go into acting as a career. I just want to try it out and really experience it to see if I like it.

baptist colleges
Tyler M asked:

I have heard it is but most of the students from there that I met don’t act like Baptists, they smoke and drink and cuss a lot which most Baptists don’t do a lot much. In my experience. (I lived in North Carolina once).
